Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 20-40 business days depending on what type of Hair System you choose. Custom systems take longer to deliver than Pre-Custom systems as we manufacture the system exactly to your size and requirements.
Other accessories and products are sent the next working day and should be with you in 3-5 working days.

Guarantee
hair4all aims to deliver highest quality products to your door within our advertised Delivery Schedule. If we fail to meet to your expectations then please let us know. You are entitled to a full refund or an exchange (free replacement) depending on the nature of your complaint.
We have a 2 month Manufacturer's Warranty for any defects found in the Hair System that are due to a manufacturing fault. In this situation you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement.

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. We display prices in Sterling (GBP £) and in US Dollars (USD $) but your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Returns Policy
Inevitably there are faults in all manufacturing processes and we cannot say that ours is 100% free of defects. That would be a lie and we know you will not believe that. So sometimes one of our Hair Systems might fail (for whatever reason).
If you find a defect with any of our Hair Systems within 2 months of taking delivery then you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange. Simply return the product and let us know of the nature of the defect. Our experienced technicians will investigate your complaint to improve our quality control procedures.
Please note that we believe we have the most genuine and customer friendly business ethics in the hair replacement industry. We will stand by our Warranties at all times as long as the client is acting in an honest and ethical manner also. We are not here to argue, but to serve you with our knowledge, experience and products.
In the case of a warranty claim, simply return the product to us and we will contact you as to what action you would like to take (Refund or Exchange). We will also refund the shipping costs incurred to you for returning the product.
hair4all also operates a NO QUESTIONS ASKED 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. This is valid for products that you receive but are not satisfied with the look, feel, or quality of the product. Please return the product unused to us within 14 days of taking delivery and we will contact you about what action you would like to take (Refund or Exchange).
